Methuen Karate has been teaching martial arts in Methuen, Massachusetts for over fifty years. We offer the following programs for all ages and abilities. Tiny Tots Karate for ages 3/4, Kids Karate ages 5+, adult martial arts and self defense, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Tai -chi for seniors, adaptive karate classes for special needs students as well as private and family instruction.

Our programs are specifically designed to Improve Focus and Concentration, Develop a Positive Attitude and Increase Grades, as well as Improve Self esteem and Confidence. All while learning how to properly defend themselves.
