Flavors for cupcakes: Yellow, Chocolate, Red Velvet, Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Carrot Cake, Strawberry, Lemon (I'm happy to try any flavor you are interested in.) My icing is homemade Buttercream, cream cheese or whipped icing. Remember that whipped icing and cream cheese has to be kept refrigerated while buttercream does not. I do filled cupcakes as well. Fillings can be the buttercream icing, vanilla or chocolate pudding, marshmallow cream (like in HoHos), or any type of preserves. Cakes can be made with or without fillings as well. Now serving gluten free cakes as well.
