A public staircase

The longest staircase in the region--approximately 175 steps from top to bottom. The bottom of the staircase is near the intersection of 10th and Avery Streets. The stairs end at the top of Quincy Hill, in a small park with a scenic overlook of downtown Parkersburg, Belpre, Ohio, and the Ohio River.
