Advocacy Professionals provides private duty home care services for clients that require personal assistance with their daily activities and household chores. We advocate for our client's to ensure all of their health care needs are met in a timely and cost efficient manner. We accompany client's to doctor appointments, tests and procedures and coordinate their overall care plan to maintain transparency between multiple physicians to ensure that medications, treatments and various other procedures are appropriate based on multiple illnesses and unduplicated and, that results of testing are followed through. We reviewed medical bills and work as liason to ensure insurance benefits are maximized and minimize out of pocket medical costs. Make recommendations for short or long term care providers, i.e., nursing homes, assisted living, etc. We provide monthly bill paying and bank reconciliation services to protect our client's from financial exploitation and implement financial planning strategies. We ensure client's advance directives are in place and that end-of-life wishes are fulfilled.
