We are the largest non-official support group providing PS&E(positive support & encouragement) and education for those with a loved one in the USAF BMT. <3
AFWM Administration is comprised of volunteers from across the country. We are Wives, Husbands, Moms, Dads, Aunts, Uncles, Brothers, Sisters, Grandparents and former United States service members. We have all walked this journey, that is what drives our dedication to providing our members with the most accurate, up to date information, as well as PS&E throughout your loved one’s BMT experience and into their future as they proudly serve as a USAF Airman.
The AF WingMoms’ forum is an excellent source of comfort and knowledge. We at AFWM strive to insure that each member is comforted in knowing that you are not alone in your journey; you are a part of the greater good and will travel your own BMT journey. It is our intention for you to discover that there are others out there with the similar questions and concerns. You will be meeting many wonderful people that you will share this journey with. We highly encourage your involvement and interaction within your TRS/FLT groups as these connections more often than not, lead to bonds that will last a lifetime. AFWM graciously offers resources and people who can help provide answers, advice and encouragement to those who are new to the process of converting a recruit candidate into a graduated Airman in the United States Air Force.
AF WingMoms is a safe place where YOU can find information and resources to help you blaze a trail during your BMT experience. It's a place to share stories and network in an effort to support each other as well as increase awareness and support for our awesome Air Force! It has been said that best thing about the group is the people! AFWMs is proud to offer administrators that share a wealth of knowledge, experience a genuine concern for your well-being and the success and future of all of our AB (Airman Basic) & Airmen that have selflessly answered the call to serve in the World’s Greatest Air Force.
