Hello everyone! I am so excited to have this Facebook page and be able to provide my followers with articles and blogs about real estate. I'm sure you would like to know a little about me. Well, I have been practicing real estate for 5 years now and planning on adding a lot more years to that number. I enjoy working with all sellers and buyers but find it most fun when my buyers are 1st time home buyers. The reason for this is because they are unsure of everything and need my assistance on how to buy a home. This holding the hand every step of the way reinforces me to stay on top of knowing how to properly practice real estate. I take pride in knowing what I am doing and if I can't answer a question for you I will find an answer. I work in the residential end of real estate but if you have a listing that is commercial or a rental property than I can refer an agent over to you with no problem.
