Alderlore offers a rich environment for students to work closely together in collective learning. Alderlore SOLE emphasizes focused study and deeper penetration into the important questions of our time. Mentors are experienced practitioners in collective insight practice and contemplative traditions. Alderlore SOLE emphasizes an ethical examination of an authentic life which contributes to the greater good by deepening awareness of our own self.
Our equine program teaches body language, emotional balance, and energy awareness.Living at Alderlore opens our hearts by cultivating sensitivity to nature and the built environment. Students and mentors practice relationships that are truly reciprocal and participatory by living together and sharing meals and ordinary responsibilities in an open, friendly, supportive and rich environment that emphasizes community-centered and integrated life practices.
