HOPE promotes primary prevention to assist in social change that will create safety for individuals by promoting healthy human relationships.
HOPE offers intervention services that include 24-hour crisis hotline, emergency shelter, 12-month transitional housing, crisis intervention, support groups, legal advocacy in Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties, and medical advocacy.
Our prevention efforts include primary prevention programs and awareness presentations delivered in seven school districts in our region, as well as colleges, daycares, churches, and other community and civic organizations.
HOPE's adminstrative offices are open Monday - Friday 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Our emergency hotline answers 24/7.
HOPE is a member of PCADV (Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence).
