Dr Al Weatherford was born and raised in South Carolina. He met his wife, Cindy Jackson Weatherford (a graduate of Herscher High School), while attending Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. After graduating from BYU in 1993, Dr Weatherford attended Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) 1998. After graduation he was in private practice in Newberry, South Carolina for 6 years. He moved to Bourbonnais, IL in August of 2004 to be close to his wife's family, Ed and Mary Jackson. He is excited to be in private practice once again where quality dental care will be his primary focus. Dr Weatherford speaks fluent Spanish having served a 2 year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Dominican Republic from 1986-1988. He has four children: Ellen Williams (married to Chris Williams of Seattle), Derrick, Lindy, and Lena Weatherford.
