Literacy-based art = Learning and having fun at the same time!
Since the beginning of my teaching career, art and hands-on activities have driven my instruction. As a Junior Beta Sponsor, I decided to create an opportunity for my middle school students to mentor elementary students at the nearby elementary school. After facing many obstacles along the way, the Amazing Kids Studio was born in my classroom after school.
I am a Nationally Board Certified Teacher, certified to teach 1-8 grade with my Master’s in Educational Leadership. I’ve been in the classroom for over 11 years and looove working with kids.
