Join us in our Christian Yoga Class on Tuesday nights 6:00 to 7:15pm. God has truly blessed this unique way to worship Him.

Christian Yoga allows us to become spiritually and physically heathy. We meet at Tabernacle United Methodist Church at 830 Poquoson Avenue. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat. Mats are provided if needed for $5. The class is an all levels class and is FREE.
