The Long Island Zoological Society is a non-profit organization that currently offers two programs - THE ANIMAL FARM PETTING ZOO and our ZOO RESCUE program. More than 75% of the animals in the park have come here through our Zoo Rescue program. Habitats and exhibits have been built for them, creating this beautiful park. This is being accomplished, over the years, through donations, volunteers, exhibit sponsors, corporate donations, and material donations.
