This page is for people who support disability issues and adequate funding for disability services in Minnesota.
ARRM Believes:
-People living with disabilities should enjoy the full rights of citizenship.
-What is in the best interest of people living with disabilities is in the best interest of the providers who support them.
- Minnesota needs a viable private provider sector to promote consumer choice, adequate funding, and appropriate regulations.
ARRM Members:
-Offer a broad range of support services to more than 30,000 Minnesotans living with disabilities. Of these, about 70% of the people served live in their own homes or other community setting, while about 25% are supported in adult foster care settings and about 5% are supported in intermediate care facilities through the DD, BI, CADI and CAC waivers, and ICF/DD and SILS.
-Collectively employ 27,000 staff in Minnesota.
-Maintain a combined payroll of more than $390 million.
