Q: What is MnemeTherapy ?
A: MnemeTherapy® is a cutting-edge whole brain therapy for individuals with brain disorders or issues. Q: Is this art therapy?
A: No. Unlike traditional art therapy, MT is not a psychological process and does not require state licensing. Instead it uses everyday, pleasurable experiences such as singing, movement, painting and storytelling in a unique combination to stimulate SAF, (sustained attentive focus). SAF has been scientifically proven to initiate neuroplasticity, or the ability of the brain to remap pathways and move functions.
