Ascent Academies of Utah are K-9 tuition-free public charter schools with a focus on utilizing the Schoolwide Enrichment Model to assure students enjoy learning, are engaged in learning, and have an enthusiasm for learning.

Ascent Academies of Utah (AAU) is a network of K-9 charter schools in Utah. We will open our first locations in August 2014 in Farmington, UT and West Jordan, UT. We are scheduled to open additional schools in West Valley and Lehi in subsequent years. The maximum number of students allowed is limited and enrollment is completed using a lottery system. AAU will use several proven, innovative teaching methods to ensure that students are engaged and enthusiastic about learning while developing their own interests and talents.

Expanded use of Technology including
- Cloud Computing using thin-client infrastructure allowing students access to school programs from home.
- Cross Campus Communications to engage in enrichment activities with students from other AAU schools.
- Daily Technology Use to assist in individual student instruction.

Master Teacher Program allowing unique opportunities for extensive professional development and collaboration.
