Atelier 11, Ltd. Architecture was founded by Lauren B. Dianich AIA, and Jon E. Braithwaite Associate AIA, in january 1994 with the vision of creating buildings for eastern shore by incorporating a respect for the historical traditions of the region with design influences from Europe and Eastern philosophies.
Now, in their 21st year of business, they are proud of the firm's work and the strong relationship they have built with their commercial and residential clients. They hold fast to the goal of thoroughly understanding a client's programmatic and financial goal, to create buildings of high functional and aesthetic merit.
The firm's work has been featured in Chesapeake Life, Southern Living, Delmarva Quarterly, Beautiful Home, Country French Decorating and Washington Home & Garden. Atelier 11, Ltd. Architecture was named the Outstanding Small Business of the year for Talbot County (2001); named Winner of the Easton Historic District Commission's Preservation Award (2001); and has received two Governor's Citations for Community Service (1996/2001).
