In North Dakota, we are most familiar with hearing "Aurora" as in Aurora Borealis or the Northern Lights. These beautiful displays are "the result of energetically charged particles with atoms in the high altitude atmosphere" (www.wikipedia.com). The word aurora comes from the Greek word aurora, meaning "sunrise." In Roman mythology, Aurora was the goddess of dawn. All of these definitions portray what we intend to accomplish at Aurora Naturopathic Center. Just as dawn is the beginning of a new day, Aurora Naturopathic Center is the beginning of a new health care option in the greater Minot area. For many people, having access to naturopathic care restores their hope and presents a new beginning (a new day) in their journey towards wellness and vitality. For others, having a naturopath means a second opinion with natural treatment options that better align with their views on health and wellness.
