Baby Boot Camp is a stroller based fitness class that gives you an allover body workout combining strength training and cardio drills all while being with your baby in the stroller! Parents, caretakers and prenatals are all welcome at class. Prenatal women must have a doctor’s note to participate. Postpartum moms need to be 6-8 weeks postpartum (depending on the type of delivery) and have a doctor’s verbal consent to exercise.
