As one of the largest employers in Alabama, BHS employs nearly 4,300 professionals and 850 affiliated physicians, treating patients across four hospital campuses throughout North and Central Alabama – Princeton (in Birmingham), Shelby (in Alabaster), Walker (in Jasper) and Citizens (in Talladega). BHS also maintains one of Alabama’s largest networks of primary- and specialty-care clinics, with 43 locations throughout the state.
