B. Empowered Counseling is a counseling agency in West Dundee, IL. We provide mental health and substance abuse services to the Kane Co. Area.

We believe our style is based upon empowerment. We understand the individual needs of our clients and believe that a strength based approach is essential. We focus on a dynamic and eclectic approach of involving support systems and discuss potential barriers such as employment / financial , self-care, relational issues, and legal issues.

We balance each other well between youth and maturity. Ultimately, we believe in self-empowerment and finding the strength within yourself to thrive and overcome life’s challenges. Our style is relaxed, client centered, with an emphasis on rapport and trust building. We are creative in our therapeutic approaches because we treat each client uniquely and develop an open dialogue between client and therapist.

We stay current in our therapeutic techniques by attending multiple trainings a year to ensure the best quality of care for our clients.
