Bikram yoga method is a series of 26 hatha yoga stretching postures and two breathing exercises taught in a 90 minute class. Postures are done in the safe environment of a heated room to allow maximum body cleansing and stretching, while minimizing the risk of injury. At the end of each class you will have worked every muscle, tendon, ligament, internal organ and glad, while systematically moving oxygenated blood to 100% of the body. These postures assist in achieving physical and mental balance, while restoring health to all body systems. Students of all levels and ages benefit from the total body workout.
