Boxwood Cottage in Seabrook Washington - (360) 620-4297

Private home of Garden Designer & Town Urbanist Stephen Poulakos. Inspired by old lodge rooms of historic Lake Quinault Lodge in Olympic National Park.

Located in charming Seabrook, WA ---
A new beach town on the Pacific NW Coast.

2 1/2 hrs. from Seattle, WA
3 hrs. from Portland, OR

Boxwood Cottage (ca. 2008) is an 864 s.f. 1BR/1BA cottage outfitted with antiques & other coastal nods. Step back into the 1920's but w/ all of today's modern-day conveniences. Perfect for couples, nature-lovers, designers, artists, writers, & thinkers. A truly quiet jewel of a retreat!

Seabrook is an authentic new urbanism-inspired beach town on the central Washington coast, close to Seattle and Portland. Based on traditional northwest coastal architecture. Featuring a variety of homes for sale, walking trails, civic buildings, green spaces, and quaint shops in a pedestrian-friendly community.

Boxwood Cottage was designed by architect Duncan McRoberts. McRobert's Hemlock House, the accompanying main house to Boxwood Cottage, has yet to be built.

This cottage is the perfect base camp for its curious and discriminating owner who often seeks to explore beyond Seabrook's own beaches, trails, and parks.

One of my favorite day trips to make from Seabrook is to the south end of Olympic National Park! Here are some links to some of my very favorite spots:
