The first faciity in Maryland to earn LEED certification. This 90-unit/55,895gsf assisted living faciity features a high level of finishes and amenities. The building structure is metal stud with Hambro floor system, with a roof system of gable wood trusses and fiberglass shingles. Sustainable features and construction practices include use of recycled and regional materials, indoor air quality management, use of low emitting materials in adhesives, sealants, paints, coatings and carpet systems and sustainable management of construction waste. Brightview South River celebrated its Grand Opening on April 19, 2012.
