This has technique and skill have been in our family for generations, all women in the family were amazing cooks and in particular my mom - Dawn DiMasso. Not only was she the best cook, but she was an even better baker. From wedding cakes to birthday cakes, graduation to baby showers. She designed and executed some of the most extravagant and elaborate cakes I have ever seen.
When I had children of my own I always wanted to make their cakes for birthdays, and then eventually when I realized I had that same passion and creativity, other relatives would request for me to make theirs too. This was such an honor and also a shock that I could also produce any occasion cakes.
Eleven years later I have only improved and mastered my skills. I take huge pride in my work and enjoy being a part of peoples lives through my cakes.
