Dr. Anne White graduated from Park-Tudor School in Indianapolis, Indiana. She attended Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York, and graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. She graduated from medical school at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis and completed her residency at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Dr. White is a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and the American College of Phlebology and is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. White is board certified in Family Medicine and has been in the private practice of Medicine in Winston-Salem since 1988, with special emphasis in Cosmetic and Laser Surgery since 2002.

Anne L. White, M.D., of Carolina Laser & Cosmetic Center, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina was one of the first cosmetic surgeons in the southeast to offer Botox for cosmetic use. Dr. White and her staff have performed literally thousands of treatments for her patients since opening Cosmetic Center's introductiion.

Dr. White has been selected by Medicis Pharmaceutical Corporation to train other cosmetic surgeons in the use of Perlane™. Dr. Anne White is a PLATINUM LEVEL Restylane/Perlane physician, the only Black Diamond level Radiesse physician, and is Gold level with Botox cosmetic and Juvederm® from Allergan.
