Casser La Croute (Kas.krut) is French meaning grab a bite, feast upon, have a snack.

In the late 1800’s workers did not have the time to go home and eat so faced with a time element, they made themselves a meal they could bring to work with them. Casser La Croute gives one a certain freedom to eat what one wants and where one wants, provided that it is good on the palate. Today, I bring to you your Casser La Croute ~ a fresh, home cooked or prepared meal that you can eat when you’re able to “grab a bite”.

Whether you are looking for a healthy lunch for just yourself or planning a meeting for a group of people. I can meet your wants and needs and customize a meal or plan that is right for you.

I will be offering a standard weekly menu with 1 or 2 options available each day. The menu for the following week will be available for viewing on Monday and your orders should be placed by Friday for the week ahead. Meals are $8.00 each or $35.00 for the week (group pricing available upon request) and includes delivery to the Cadillac & surrounding areas. All orders should be placed via email or Facebook message. Your meal will be delivered in an individual container (microwave safe if heating is necessary) by 10:30am each day, giving you the option to "grab a bite" when you can.

All meals are home cooked/prepared daily and are made from fresh, quality ingredients (local when available). It is my goal to create healthy, delicious, affordable meals that are convenient for those with busy schedules.

Also available daily with lunch delivery is "mid morning muffin break". Each day I will have a basket of muffins available when lunch is dropped to your workplace. These do not have to be ordered ahead and are available on first come/first serve basis for $2.50 each. These will be large, homemade, muffins of wonderful combinations of flavors. Each day a different flavor will be available. If there are left overs from the previous day, they will be offered at discounted pricing.

In addition, I will create made to order cheese cakes, cupcakes, special occasion cakes and other "treats". There will be a "cheese cake of the month" each month that will be offered at a special price and must be ordered 3 days in advance. You may occasionally see cheese cake as a weekly menu add on item.
