Checkertail Crossfit

Crossfit is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements.

Checkertail CrossFit is a free facility setup for the purpose of doing Crossfit workouts. Group classes will be MWF at 0900 and Monday-Friday at 1115 until the last rep is done! The facility is open 24/7 for those who wish to participate in their own programming. During prescribed class times Checkertail CrossFit Coaches have priority of the equipment to run classes, please understand that the programming at this time is priority for those in classes. Other than that WOD ON! Be safe, check you egos at the door, and encourage others! Please message me for door code.
