I am Chef Tony, and my passion is cooking for people. I spent many years cooking for my friends and family and finally decided to turn my passion into a career. I love to satisfy people’s appetite, and what better way to do it than to become a chef!
I discovered at a very young age that I loved to cook. In college I realized that my calling in life was to take my love for cooking to a higher level. I attended and graduated with a Culinary degree from the Art Institute of Dallas. After graduation, I landed a job at the famous Nobu, working under celebrity chefs that demanded nothing less than perfection. After spending almost two years at Nobu, I decided to accept a position as Sous chef at the trendy Nine Steak House and Nove Italiano. I then continued my carrier as a Sous chef at AMPM Restaurant working under celebrity chef Tommy Simpson.
I finally decided to do what every chef dreams of: open my own restaurant. My goal with Chef Tony’s Gourmet Pizza in Allen, TX, and now with Chef Tony's Wood Fired Gourmet Pizza in Flower Mound, TX, is to design a menu that satisfies everyone’s palate, with the celebration of the freshest ingredients along with presentation. I am adding my own flavor and twist to today’s traditional pizza. I take pride in every pizza that I send out, making sure it meets my standards.
