Christy graduated from Lesley University in Cambridge Massachusetts with a Masters in Expressive Arts Therapy and Mental Health Counseling. She holds additional certifications in EMDR, a trauma technique, and as a Music Together Teacher.
Expressive Arts therapy uses music, guided imagery, visual arts, writing/poetry and play to facilitate the healing process. In addition to traditional psychotherapy techniques, Christy works with children and adults to identify coping skills and break through resistance to experience our fullest potential.
