CitizenPower is program designed to save citizens money on their utility bills while at the same time providing the City of Waxahachie needed revenues for important city services like fire and police departments, streets and parks and recreation.
“The CitizenPower program offers low energy rates, and can help many of our residents and businesses save money,” said Paul Stevens, City Manager. “The fact that a portion also comes back to help fund city services makes the program a win-win situation,” said Stevens.
