Michael Clarke attended University of San Fransisco and graduated with his Law degree in 2004. He is licensed to practice law in both Oregon and California. Mike opened his own practice, Michael T. Clarke Attorney of Law in January 2007. In 2013, partner Phil Griffin joined the practice and created the Clarke Griffin Attorneys firm.

Phil Griffin graduated in 1987 from the University of Oregon in the School of Law with his Juris Doctor. Phil taught the School of Economics & Management at Tongji University in Shanghai, China from 2007-2012 as a Visiting Professor. During that time is was also a Guest Lecturer at several universities in China, Taiwan, and the United States. Since 1986, Phil has practiced law as a Litigation Associate, Senior Litigation Associate and in 1995 he founded Griffin Law Group as a seasoned trial attorney.
