We are currently offering our Cardio Drumming workout on Wednesday evenings at 6pm. This is a great stress relieving cardio workout that will give you a great workout - but not kill you! This is a great workout for ANY fitness level as you will workout at the intensity YOU desire. Standing, sitting - this is one for everybody, and... it's non-stop fun!
