The Coastal gung fu and boxing club ,is a group dedicated to training in the art of Jeet Kune Do and boxing ,as well as functional conditioning exercises,we offer group classes and 1 to 1 training .
We are a complete personal training service ,our programs are personally tailored to each client to optimize their training experience.
Our programs consist of 1 to 1 personal coaching in functional strength training and conditioning .using kettle bells ,bands and body weight exercises
the 30 min boxing express program a high intensity interval focus pad workout that will give you an hour worth of training packed into 30 min.
High intensity walk and body weight group ,a 1 hour high intensity interval walk that gets you andd keeps you in the fat burning zone while including body weight exercises while touring beautiful historic old own Marblehead
