Colonial Health & Rehab of Plainfield, LLC purchased Village Manor Health Care in December of 2012, and we look forward to all the improvements ahead.
The facility is open, we are upgrading and renovating, and we will be one of the top nursing homes in Connecticut very soon.
We offer nursing, therapy, rehabilitation, and dietary needs of all residents.
We work closely with all of our residents, and the staff is all certified and providing the best care.
We have a great recreational department also, that keeps the residents busy, and happy.
