Nick Forsell, owner of Complete Construction and Remodeling decided to start his company in 2004 when he couldn’t find a company to work for that was about quality more than quantity.
“My belief has always been give the customer what they are expecting and, moreso, what they are paying you for, don’t cut corners and pay attention to detail. I also believe that the quality of materials used should be high quality materials, with the best warranty, supplied by a wholesaler not a box store and installed by a certified contractor who has been trained on that specific product. And finally, a homeowner should only have to deal with one Contractor for all projects.”
