Created by Warrant from The Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the State of Alabama, August 6, 1990
Membership requirements 1) Must be a Master Mason in good standing in a Lodge whose Grand Lodge is in Amity with the Grand Lodge of Alabama and 2) Must have a documented lineal or collateral ancestor who was a Confederate Veteran or member of the Confederate Government
The join fee is $20.00 which includes the first year dues. There is a life membership for $100.00 and if you choose this, the join fee will be waived. Membership includes A membership certificate suitable for framing a Membership card for your wallet and a membership lapel pin as well as the Monthly Email newsletter Southern Light.
