CrossFit Port Orange is a community of people who continually push themselves to reach a higher fitness level and have quite a bit of fun doing it. Come and join us!
In each 1 hour CrossFit class you will learn and get fit with ever-changing workouts that combine bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, and a huge variety of high-intensity drills that combine cardio and strength challenges at the appropriate level for each person. The stimulus provided is always varied and the results are dramatic. The atmosphere is one of support and camaraderie to anyone willing to put in the work.
We currently have classes Mon-Fri at 6:30am, 9am, 5pm and 6pm. 5:30am on Mon, Wed and Fri. Every Saturday at 8:45am we have a class that anyone can attend for free to try CrossFit for the first time(You must schedule in advance if you wish to come). From 10am-noon on Saturday we have open gym.
We have Yoga every Sunday at 10am instructed by the amazing Amy Collins of Yoga Bala
Monthly Membership rates are as follows:
Unlimited Class: $150/month ($7.14 a class)
Military/Police/Teachers: $120/month ($5.71 a class)
Couples/Students: $120/month ($5.71 a class)
3 classes a week: $100/month ($8.33 a class)
Special Membership rates are as follows:
6 month membership $720 ($120/month)
1-on-1 CrossFit personal training $40 a session
1-on-1 CrossFit personal training for couples $30 per person
Walk-in Fee (WODs): $15/session
