CrossFit: Monday-Thursday. 6AM, 9AM, 10:30AM, 12PM, 4PM, 5:30PM, 6:30PM
Friday's "Open Gym" 6AM-7AM, 9AM-11:30AM and 5:30-7PM
Saturday Slam 10AM
Sunday's 12PM, 1PM
Memberships rates range from $85 per month-$115 per month. Discounts available for city employees, Active Duty Military, Teachers, LEO, and High School Students.
