Our goals at Crossfit Suffolk is to provide an active, friendly community atmosphere where people get stronger, get conditioned and become awesome!
we do Crossfit..high intensity, constantly varied and functional exercsie.the elements mostly consist of gymnastics elements, olympic lifts and cardio but are not limited to just these..any one can do it,age & handicap is no reason to keep you away.. whether you have a background in fitness or not we do our assessment..this include those tht have a background in Crossfit. Just to make sure where we are. Everything is scaleable/modified..Anyone can do it..its all in your attitude..come on in and expect to have a good experience! :)) Bring water and a towel ..
