CrossFit Taos welcomes all fitness levels and abilities to attend our instructor-led classes. We incorporate various forms of functional movement-olympic lifting, gymnastics, and bodyweight exercises- into our daily workouts. Our CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 Trainers guide you through a dynamic stretching and cardio warm-up, teach proper movement and form throughout the workout, and complete the class with stretching focused on increased mobility. Workouts can be scaled to all fitness levels. Our group classes provide a supportive community in which you can achieve your fitness goals.
