www.crossfitwinnersville.com Congratulations! The fact that you have found us means you are curious about one of the fastest growing fitness movements on Earth. CrossFit Winnersville is a school of ELITE FITNESS located in Valdosta, GA. We teach basic to elite level training in functional exercise, athletic conditioning, plyometrics, kettlebell training, Olympic weightlifting, medicine ball, power-lifting, gymnastics, rowing, running, jumping rope and more. Our athletes are extremely diverse in their experience, conditioning, and lives; and include students, business executives, stay-at-home moms, athletes, pastors, nurses, MMA fighters, butchers, bakers, and candle stick makers:-) We utilize CrossFit as our primary training method, and focus our athletes on optimizing physical competence in each of 10 recognized fitness domains (Cardio-respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.) The stimulus provided is always varied and the results are dramatic! The atmosphere is one of support and camaraderie to anyone willing to put in the work.
“Scalability” is a word that you will hear frequently here at CrossFit Winnersville. During each class, everyone does the same workout, but that workout will always have several scaling options. This makes it possible for ALL of us – with our different body types, personal goals and levels of ability – to work alongside one another safely. We motivate one another, cheer one another on, and sometimes participate in some healthy competition. But, ultimately, every workout is yours alone. Your workout = your pace.
{p.s. We refer to workouts as WODs – “workouts of the day” – because, well, acronyms are fun!}
