CrossFit Winnsboro will train you using "Constantly Varied, Functional Movements, performed at a high intensity." (From CrossFit Headquarters) With intensity being relative to YOUR fitness level any person willing to learn and work hard can do CrossFit.
Community is one of the biggest parts of CrossFit. It helps to have a support group of like minded people that hold you accountable and will help cheer you on through your workouts. It helps with motivation because when you're by yourself it's MUCH easier to just sleep in or just stay home!
There will be a trainer with you for every session making sure you are warming up properly and performing movements with correct technique. We will discuss good nutrition habits and basically do whatever it takes to get you healthy, fit, and doing things you never thought possible!
