Forging Primal Fitness
Wednesday - Core wod, skills development and team wod. Classes will still begin on the half hour.
Sunday - open gym, skills development, makeup, no structured class time
"On-ramp" classes for beginners will begin the first Monday of each month and will run for three weeks (8:30pm - 9:30pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday). The gym will not be open to members during these classes.
Membership Rates:
There are no initiation fees and no long-term commitments. Membership rates are intended to all-inclusive and include all gym hours, access to trainers, monthly skills workshops, etc. with a 20% discount for police, fire, military, EMTs and students.
On-Ramp Sessions
These classes are generally required for athletes new to Crossfit. Certified trainers teach movements from basic to complex that serve as the foundations for CrossFit workouts. We also provide nutritional workshops, detailed individual fitness assessments and personalized training suggestions. Your health and safety are our top priority as we aim to prepare you for daily dose of CrossFit!
Drop-In Fee
No fee but we'd love it if you brought something from your box for us to display (t-shirt, sticker, etc) and considered writing a positive review on our Facebook page or Yelp.
