Focusing on the art and architecture of cuisine, our scratch made approach echoes the deliberation of artisans and innovators. Come join us in Asbury Park.
The Cross & Orange name and concept originates from lower Manhattan’s mid-19th century Five Points district, where two cross streets and multiple cultures converged from around the world to form cuisines that are considered today's American classics. Executive Chef Sam Byrne celebrates this melting pot of cooking traditions from his vast experience in countries that form what is contemporary American cuisine. Cross and Orange intends to meld international flavor, traditional techniques, and a scratch kitchen into a cozy, approachable dining experience with park and lakeside views, just blocks from the Atlantic ocean where it all began.
