We are a Cub Scout Pack meeting at Assumption School in San Leandro on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m.
Cub Scout Pack 556 is chartered by Assumption Parish in San Leandro, California. We are a part of the Tres Ranchos District of the San Francisco Bay Area Council for the Boy Scouts of America (www.sfbac.org). All boys in first through fifth grade are welcome. One does not have to be a member of Assumption Parish or attend Assumption School to join. The Cub Scout program emphasizes "fun with a purpose"--building character, stronger family relationships, independence and developing leadership in young boys while having a good time! Our weekly meetings are filled with engaging activities, learning, and games. Each month there is also a weekend activity such as hiking, camping, fishing, trips to the great Bay Area museums like the Exploratorium and Chabot Space & Science Center, Niles Canyon Train of Lights, and more!
