Claudette has been cooking under the tutelage of various culinary experts for over 35 years. Traveling throughout Europe and Northern Africa, Claudette has honed her skills as a culinary chef. She has spent the last 12 years lovingly feeding the community of Rockaway by holding cooking classes in the intimacy of her family's kitchen, as well as catering for private parties and special events.


Cuisine by Claudette was born out of the desire and demand expressed by her students, clients, and all that have experienced firsthand the unique culinary prowess that is repeatedly, and without fail, brought to the table.


Guests can expect the freshest and most flavorful prepared dishes.


A changing daily menu is created around fresh and locally sourced ingredients.


The store is located at 143 Beach 116th Street, Rockaway Park, New York and open from 10am until 8pm, Tuesday through Sunday.
