Curves is designed specially for women and offers a complete 30 minute workout that is fun, fast and safe! Curves of Pismo Beach also offers Curves Smart, a personal coaching system that assures you get maximum benefit from your workout.
Our mission statement is so simple it can be summed up in two words: Strengthening Women. We extend that same mission to this profile. The Curves fan page exists solely for the purpose of supporting women in their wellness, fitness, weight loss and life goals. Therefore, we encourage a healthy and positive environment and anything that is not considered supportive to this goal will be removed.
