Dance trance is a national dance fitness class for adults that incorporates dance moves from all genres. No dance background or previous training is required! All ages, fitness levels, and dance levels can enjoy dance trance and get something from it. Our routines are choreographed so anyone can follow. All you need are some comfortable clothes and pair of sneakers and you are good to go. No contracts, obligations, or advanced reservations required. Classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9-10am and on Wednesday nights from 7:45-8:45pm
