I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues that span from individual therapy to parenting support, family counseling and beyond.

My private practice specializes in families, children and young adults struggling with behavioral challenges which are interfering with social, emotional and academic growth. My professional goal and personal mission is to work with this population and impact the lives of those with unlimited potential to get on right track to successful living.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years practicing psychotherapy, I can offer individuals and families a unique approach to resolving issues stemming from what I identify as "chronically inflexible" behaviors. Over the past 5 years in particular, I have been working with children and young adults who suffer from a wide range of behavioral, neurobiological, emotional, and personality disorders. I have identified successful strategies which incorporate working with the individual and family.
Issues that are addressed include working with a young adult to help them navigate a social situation, a teen who struggles to clean their room, a child who is having trouble increasing school performance, or helping guide a couple through a conversation where the effects of behaviors on the relationship are discussed.

I utilize a very functional approach to therapy, which includes but is not limited to Collaborative Problem Solving, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Social Thinking and other therapeutic modalities, is individualized to suit the needs and goals of the individual and the ones that care about them the most.
