East Mill is operated by husband-and-wife team Nick and Emily Puls, chef and pastry chef. Leaving the Dubuque area together we traveled to Napa Valley California where fresh, local and organic products were used everyday. After starting a family we knew the Dubuque area was calling for the flair of California cuisine. Working with locally farmed ingredients we strive to put forth the best product possible.
